  • Order & payment details (items purchased, total, VAT; we do not store full card numbers)

  • Cookies: per lifetimes listed in §10

We may retain data longer if required by law or to establish/exercise/defend legal claims.

8) Marketing preferences

If you opt in, we’ll send newsletters or offers. You can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting hello@splashcrafts.com. Service/transactional emails (e.g., order updates) will still be sent.

We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
